At ZAMO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items without tags
  • Final sale items

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Defective items
  • Wrong item received

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card → 5–10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer or store credit

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
